ORDER

The petitioner was employed as a Conductor in the respondents Corporation and he retired from service on 30.06.2016, on reaching the age of superannuation. He made a representation dated 17.10.2016 to the respondents, to pay pension and other retirement benefits and the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a pension and other benefits, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2016 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2016 and to pass orders.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2016 and to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
