ORDER

(This petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.76 of 2021 and to file charge sheet within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.76 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 406, 420 & 506(i) IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of the case, the respondent police have not conducted any investigation in this case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is going on and seeks three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the nature of allegations and the offences that has been set out in the First Information Report, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14027 of 2021 police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This criminal original petition is closed with the above directions.
