Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.391/RV-2/2011 dated 12.06.2015 and the consequential order passed by the 1st respondent in Mu.Mu.No.1191/16/E dated 20.05.2016 served on the petitioner on 09.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner back into service with all other benefits.
