The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's mother has lodged a complaint as if the petitioner received 6 sovereigns of gold chain from her and failed to return the same. Based on the complaint, they have initiated petition enquiry in CSR.No.247 of 2025 and the same has been closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
