Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner from the common cell to the single cell in the Kottappattu Refugee Special Camp, Trichy Central Prison Campus and grant him adequate protection to the petitioner's life and also protect the petitioner from the physical and mental abuse of other inmates lodged in the Special Camp.

W.P.(MD)No.17325 of 2020 3.The said statement is recorded. This Court is of the view that since the petitioner is residing in separate room, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
