ORDER
This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to take action upon the private respondents herein.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 2 to 7 would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, the 7th respondent herein is taking enquiry in CSR.No.387 of 2021 and summon has been issued twice to the petitioner herein but he did not turn up.
3.Since the enquiry has been undertaken, it is the duty of the petitioner to cooperate with the Enquiry Officer to complete the enquiry. Let the petitioner appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate with him to complete the enquiry.
4.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by undertaking an enquiry, this matter has now become infructuous as no more direction is required.
