ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.2501 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.2501 of 2020, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of 9 months, investigation is not yet completed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai on 18.02.2021 and it has not been taken on file till now.

4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
