Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2.The prayer in the Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent/Manikandam Police Station to submit the enquiry report to the third respondent/Regional Passport Officer, Trichy.

the third respondent and in turn, the third respondent directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry and submit an enquiry report. Since no enquiry report has been submitted, hence the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already submitted the enquiry report to the third respondent on 14.01.2016.

5.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
