This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 28.04.2023, ordering arrest of the petitioner herein, passed in E.P.No.7 of 2023 in O.S.No.896 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he filed a set aside petition before the trial Court which is pending in I.A.No.884 of 2023 on the file of the Ranga Reddy Court, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad and so 2/4

far, the respondent has not appeared. Depending upon the out of the proceedings further action can be taken.

3. In view of the above submission, the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
