PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue a direction to the District Munsif, Trichirappalli by directing him to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.465 of 2019 expeditiously within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif, Trichirappalli to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.465 of 2019 expeditiously within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The said I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.465 of 2019 was filed by the plaintiffs under Order 39, Rules 1 & 2 and Section 151 of CPC to grant an interim injunction. The suit is also for permanent injunction not to disturb the plaintiffs' possession and enjoyment of the suit property. Both the relief in the suit and I.A. are the same.

3.Since the suit in O.S.No.465 of 2019 is of the year 2019, the learned District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
