[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the One Time Settlement (OTS) proposal of the petitioner dated 12.07.2022, within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order dated 01.11.2022, passed in W.P.(MD) No.24677 of 2022, by this Court, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
