ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, he is working as Post Graduate Teahcer working in NSMVPS Higher Secondary School, Devakottai. The respondent police is harassing the petitioner with regard to the complaint pending against one of his co-brother. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11111 of 2019 Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's co-brother one Balaji has involved in a money dispute and he is now absconding. Only in order to find the whereabouts of the said Balaji, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that no complaint is pending against the petitioner, the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
