2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and trial has been commenced in S.C.No.408 of 2022 on the file of learned *V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5372 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned *V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai daily at 10.00a.m. and thereafter, as directed by the learned Judge.
