Perumal, aged about 17 years, before this Court and handover her custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter by name Pandeeswari, aged about 17 years, found missing from 13.09.2021, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. Since no action has been taken to secure the detenu, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the respondent police produced the detenu before this Court and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.1398 of 2021 enquiry, she would state that she is studying first year B.Com., at Viruthunagar and went to Coimbatore and working there. Now, she is willing to go with her mother. The petitioner also present before this Court and stated that she will take care of the detenu.

3. Considering the fact that the detenu has been secured and handed over to the petitioner, the mother of the detenu, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
