This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary Police Protection to perform the cultural programme (i.e.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 07.08.2019 at 7.00pm to 11.00pm in the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Muthumaariyamman Thirukovil at Senthamilnagar, Kalaiyarkovil, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard both sides.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme on 07.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 19.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
