Prayer in W.P(MD)No.21166 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records related to impugned letter dated 26.06.2014 issued by the third respondent and quash the said letter dated 26.06.2014 of the third respondent and consequently direct the respondents to settle all retirement benefits, namely, Monthly pension, leave encashment facility, Bank's Contribution to Provident Fund and other benefits together with interest within a time frame.

Prayer in W.P(MD)No.21169 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the files of the first respondent in G.A.No.114 of 2015 and quash the order dated 21.03.2016 passed by the first respondent in G.A.No.114 of 2015 and consequently confirm the decision dated 16.01.2015 passed by the second respondent in G.A.No.90 of 2014 for payment of gratuity amount by directing the third respondent Bank to pay the gratuity amount to the petitioner along with statutory interest within a time frame.
