Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Board.

2. This writ petition has been filed primarily on the ground that the respondent is not clear about the place where the draw of lots is going to be conducted. The petitioner's counsel draws my attention to the communication dated 21.07.2022 enclosed at page No.19 in which it has been stated that the draw of lots will take place in the office of the respondent whereas the communication dated 22.07.2022 enclosed at page No.20 it has been mentioned that the draw of lots will take place in the project site itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel clarified that the draw of lots will take place only in the project site as clarified in the communication dated 22.07.2022 and not in the office of the 2/4

4. Recording the said clarification, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
