ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 68 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners. 3.Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has no objection for condoning the delay. Though the name of the first respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of her, either in person or through counsel.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the second respondent has got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 68 days, however, on payment of costs. 5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. sd/- 27/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
