This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to erect two advertisement hoardings and to hold public demonstration on 06.11.2016 before the Panakudi Bus Stand.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same on or before 05.11.2016.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
