ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukottai, allowing the appeal filed by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

2. Against the order passed by Revenue Divisional Officer, a revision is provided under Section 13 of the Patta Passbook Act and without availing the alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot maintain a Writ Petition.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer before the District Revenue Officer, if he is so advised.
