ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 16.12.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13470 of 2020, thereby directed the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, after giving opportunity to the rival parties, with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Cont.P.(MD)No.1346 of 2021 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent conducted detailed enquiry, after giving opportunity of hearing to the rival parties and passed orders. Therefore, no contempt is made as against the respondents. The respondents have duly complied with the order passed by this Court. 3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
