This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents herein to initiate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.11.2021 and on the basis of receipt issued by the second respondent in CSR No.699 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021 in accordance with law.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2021 was received by the respondent police and CSR No.699 of 2021 was issued and the petition is under enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to take action upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.11.2021 in CSR No.699 of 2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance 2/4

with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
