PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to fair and decreetal order passed by Additional Sub Court, Pudukottai in I.A.No.185 of 2021 in O.S.No.196 of 1996, dated 09.08.2021 and set aside the same.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set-aside the order in I.A.No.185 of 2021 in O.S.No.196 of 1996, dated 09.08.2021 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Judge, Pudukottai.

2.Since no order is going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The said I.A.No.185 of 2021 was filed by the petitioner to implead the 6th respondent as 6th defendant. The 6th respondent has purchased the suit property from 4th defendant only during the pendency of the suit. So, the proposed party/R6 is not a necessary party to the suit for specific performance. Therefore, the learned Additional Sub Judge, Pudukottai has rightly dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner. Hence, this court finds no valid reason to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. 4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed by confirming the fair and decreetal order, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
