The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to extend the time limit by three months for remitting the balance amount of sale confirmed by the first respondent on 21.02.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank would submit that the request of the petitioner had already been rejected.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It will be open to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law. No Costs.
