The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.26095 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the Deputy Superintendent Police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint and closure report was served on the petitioner.
