PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to pass an order directing the 1st respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute by harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute by harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is undertaken in G3/4108825/2022. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and finding that in respect of the issues between the parties suit in O.S.No.129 of 2022 is pending before the District Munsif, Ambasamudram. They gave undertaking that they will abide by the judgment to be passed in the above said pending suit. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the complaint was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
