ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to issue no objection certificate for survey number 241/3 and consequently direct the third respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
