This petition is filed to modify the condition No.IV imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5908 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.159 of 2024, dated 24.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 1/3

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4.
