O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.62 of 2018 dated 05.03.2020 on the file of Family Court, Sivagangai.

2. The petitioner got married the first respondent on 04.06.2009. Due to their wedlock, they gave birth to the second respondent on 30.07.2010. Thereafter, there was a misunderstanding between them and as such, they got separated and the respondents filed this case against the petitioner. Thereafter, some other family disputes are going on between them. However, the respondents filed maintenance case and the Court below ordered maintenance of only a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) each to the respondents and it is very meagre.

3. This Court finds no illegality in the order passed by the Court below. This Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. Whatever https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
