This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to grant parole to the petitioner's own brother namely Ajith @ Ajamaitheen S/o Sayed Mohamed Convict No.4414 who is now confined in Central Prison, Madurai for a period of one month.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's representation for parole was rejected by the Superintendent of Central Prison, Central Prison, Madurai on 25.10.2016.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
