: Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 29.03.2016 to take appropriate action Under Section 82 and 83 of the registration Act and as per circular 67 for the illegal registration of the sale deed bearing documents NOs. 2666/2012, 3027/2012, 3028/2012, 3029/2012, 2667/12 dated 21.05.2012. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2016 to take appropriate action, Under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act and as per Circular 67 for the illegal registration of the sale deed bearing document Nos. 2666/2012, 3027/2012, 3028/2012, 3029/2012, 2667/12 dated 21.05.2012.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the direction issued by the first respondent, the second respondent already initiated proceedings on the representation made by the petitioner and the same was posted for enquiry on 13.09.2016.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to any interested parties.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
