[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned communication issued by the third
respondent in Na.Ka.P5/1464/2025 dated 29.05.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to complete the construction of Milk Collection Centre, Maranthai Village, Survey No.78/33, Maranthai Group, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.By the impugned order dated 29.05.2025, the amount sanctioned for the construction of a Milk Producers Cooperative Societies Building at Maranthai Village, Sivagangai District, has been sought to be refunded. That is under challenge before this Court in the present Writ Petition. In the meanwhile, an impleading petition also has been filed in W.M.P.(MD)No. 15658 of 2025, by one Gurusekar.
3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Government has originally completed the construction, where the Milk Producers Cooperative Societies Building has been established and it is functioning. Therefore, what has been prayed for in the present Writ Petition, since has been accomplished, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and this position is not controverted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
4.In view of the same, as the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has been accomplished and the construction has been completed and also has been put to use, nothing survives for further adjudication in the main Writ Petition.
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD)No.12954 of 2025, is closed.
6.Insofar as W.M.P.(MD)No.15658 of 2025 is concerned, in view of the dismissal of this Writ Petition, W.M.P.(MD)No.15658 of 2025 has also become infructuous and the same is also dismised. [R.S.K., J.] & [P.V.M., J.] 17.04.2026 NCC :
