ORDER
The petitioner seeks inclusion of her name in the patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. She also seeks deletion of two other names. 2.The first respondent is the competent authority to go into the petitioner's request and pass an appropriate order. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
