ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent stated that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail, as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.7356 of 2023, dated 20.04.2023. The petitioner was admitted in the hospital, due to injuries sustained in the accident, he could not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Therefore, the earlier anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner was automatically lapsed. Hence, seeking anticipatory bail, the petitioner has again filed the petition.
