Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to issue an order of direction directing the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to expedite the trial in S.C.No.56 of 2017 on the file of the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai within the stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fir and proper.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.23.09.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, in D.No.65/2022 dated 10.02.2022 and this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.56 of 2017.

2. This Court has already disposed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 23.09.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.56 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of six months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 10.02.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.56 of 2017 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.11326 of 2019 it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2017.
