ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to conduct the speedy investigation in Crime No.41 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(i) and 307 of IPC pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and to file the final report.

2.The petitioner is the accused No.1 in Crime No.41 of 2019 which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(i) and 307 of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is involved in other cases, he seeks speedy disposal of this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14094 of 2021 receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

5.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
