RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11544 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, as the petitioner shall execute any other two sureties before the trial court, instead of producing two blood relative sureties concerned.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11544 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

2.This Court by an order dated 16.10.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a native of Chennai and temporarily working in the Wind Mill company at Thoothukudi, hence he is unable to blood sureties. Therefore he seeks modification.

3. Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties (out of which one shall be blood related surety) each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothkudi. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
