ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Owing to certain misunderstanding at home, the petitioner's son had left the house on 14.04.2023. A complaint given by the petitioner before the second respondent Police was registered in Crime No.327 of 2023 as 'boy missing'. Thereafter, since there was no progress in the investigation, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. On notice, the second respondent had produced the petitioner's son before this Court. We spoke with the petitioner as well as her son and both of them stated that the petitioner's son would live cordially in the family and that they have no further grievance. In view of the same, no further orders
requires to be passed. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
