O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner and his mother. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 20 years and he is in the care of the aged persons in his area. The respondent police had taken him to the respondent police station and retained him in the police station for several hours. The respondent police is harassing the petitioner since the petitioner's parents are invovled in NDPS Cases.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's father, elder brother had indulged in drug trafficking and his father is having seven previous cases under the NDPS Act. He has also produced two photographs exposing the manner, in which, the petitioner is holding a knife and submits that the 2/4

petitioner is also a rowdy element.

4.Considering the conduct of the petitioner's father, brother and the photographs placed before this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
