Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings in M2/23272/2017-1 dated 02.04.2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue the Tharisu Nilam (waste land) certificate in respect of S.F.Nos 298/3, 298/5A, 298/5B in idaicodu Village and R.Sy No. 126/14, 15C, 17, 19A, 127/4 7,8,9,10,15,17,131/1, 2A, 2B, 3, 11 in Devicode Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 27.06.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.13624 of 2018.

2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced the copy of proceedings issued by the respondent i.e., the District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.1101 of 2019 Collector, Kanyakumari District in Na.Ka.No.M2/23272/2017-1 dated 14.08.2019.

3.In view of the said compliance having been made and the same has not been controverted by the petitioner as the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also does not appear before this Court, this Court accept the said contention of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
