ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.2105 of 2020 of Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.2195 of 2020 was completed and final report was also filed against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 and 505(1)(b) IPC before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on 27.07.2023. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 02.01.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No cp 2/4
