ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose the petitioner's revision in Na.Ka.No.35134/2013/D4 on the file of the respondent, dated 09.10.2013, within a stipulated time.

4. According to the petitioner, against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, he filed a revision before the respondent/District Revenue Officer, Theni District, on 09.10.2013. Subsequently, the respondent has also issued notice to the petitioner directing him to appear for enquiry on 29.12.2015. On the said date, the petitioner appeared for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and thereafter, enquiry was adjourned to subsequent dates. Thereafter, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

5. Taking into consideration that already enquiry was commenced, the respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass suitable orders on the revision filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.35134/2013/D4 on the file of the respondent, dated 09.10.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
