ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(4) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.731 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
