Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to the regularise the services of the petitioner as a hospital worker as per the appointment of the petitioner in G.O.MS.No. 135 of the Health and Family Welfare Department dated 12.04.2022 and proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 06.01.2023 in Ref.No. 5142/E4/2018 with all back wages and monetary benefits to the petitioner.

The petitioner, seeking regularization of his services as a Hospital Worker, has submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the request of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by proceedings dated 24.02.2025. A copy of the proceedings dated 24.02.2025 is placed before this Court and also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
