ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to dispose of the original petition in O.P.No.03 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said original application was filed to frame a scheme and the same has been pending for the past 11 years and therefore, seeks expeditious disposal of the same.
3. The learned Government Standing Counsel would submit that the same will be disposed of within a period of six months from today.
4. Recording the same and further directing that O.P.NO.03 of 20215 shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by holding hearings at least twice in a week, as expeditiously if possible, in any event not later than six months from today, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
