ORDER
Alleging non-compliance of the Order, dated 28.02.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.10212 of 2018, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents-2 & 3/Corporation has submitted that the Corporation has settled the amount to the petitioner by handing over a cheque for a sum of Rs.69,388/-. He further submitted that the order of this Court, dated 28.02.2019 has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has satisfied with the aforesaid amount.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
