ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of directing the fourth respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents of 5 to 8, based on the representation given by the petitioner and other partners, dated 16.06.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pending investigation in Cr.No.1 of 2023, representation was sent 2/5

by the petitioner stating that the co-accused had fabricated documents and created fake vouchers and based upon that several persons have been cheated. The issue is now taken by the fourth respondent. 4.Today, the fourth respondent appeared before this Court and stated that he is ready to take up the investigation, on the basis of representation given by the petitioner.
