This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct the dance program on 14.08.2019 from 07.00 p.m., at temple Arulmigu Sri Anthiramudaiyar Swamy Temple situated at North Ilamal Kulam, Sathankulam Taluk by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2019.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct dance program on 14.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 27.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.17291 of 2019 far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
