Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Madukkur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12696 of 2021, dated 02.09.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
