ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Atham Ali, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.426 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.S.Atham Ali and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the 2/4
investigation is going on.
5. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
